This website is solely operated by Chingu Dachi. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Chingu Dachi. Chingu Dachi offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing products “Products” from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of the services.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain Products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. Most products on website are for pre-order, unless stated in stock at our physical store. Services, such as ticket buying, shopping, and auction services are only available online.
Items on the website are tagged either official or fanmade.
Official items are directly imported from South Korea, Japan, or Taiwan. Our suppliers proudly presents all album sales toward Hanteo, Gaon in Korea, and Oricon in Japan on daily basis so that sales reflect on weekly music charts. Every album purchased through Chingu Dachi guarantees to support your favorite artist. Posters can be out of stock without prior notice, especially those produced and manufactured in limited quantity.
Fanmade items, on the other hand, are either locally-made or imported. Items tagged “by CD” are designed and produced by Chingu Dachi. We carefully check the quality of items —imported or not—before releasing them on the website or putting them on our physical store.
USER INFORMATION SECURITY
By signing up, users are required to provide their full name, shipping address, contact number, and e-mail address. Please be assured that ChinguDachi.com takes the necessary security measures to protect your credit card and other confidential personal information, and does not release your information to any outside organizations. Chingu Dachi uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt the information you send us during the Shopping Cart and Checkout process, so that it cannot be read while in transit.
Users may verify this by noting the unbroken key (when using Netscape Navigator 3.0 or earlier) or locked padlock icon (when using Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Netscape Communicator 4.0 or later) that appears at the bottom of your browser, or at the top left before the URL if you are using Google Chrome or Opera.
PLACING AN ORDER
Most products on website are for pre-order, unless stated in stock at our physical store. Customers agree to “pre-ordering” by placing an order under pre-order tag through our website. This means that for us to process your order, you will need to pay first, then wait for its arrival.
Buyers are required to confirm their orders by replying to the Order Received e-mail that we will send to your email address after you checked out from our website. We will then send our payment information 24-48 hours after we receive your confirmation.
We are opening pre-orders by batches, you may check our Batch Schedule (included on the footer of our website) to see where your order falls. Waiting time depends on the batch's ETA or Estimated Time of Arrival. Please see below for more information.

PAYMENT OF ORDER
All orders must be paid in full or 65% of the total amount before the given batch payment due date, and through our accepted modes of payment only. After sending a payment, buyer must fill up our Payment Form in order for us to mark the order paid. Payments without the completion of the said form will not be considered.The link to Payment Form is provided on the email that we will send together with our payment details.
If you paid for your item in full, your order will be processed and will be shipped out as soon as they arrive to our office. On the other hand, if you paid 65% deposit for your item, you may pay for the remaining 35% plus shipment fees two weeks after we confirm with you that your items are already with us.
Failing to settle any balances 30 days after we send a notice that your order is already with us will result to order forfeiture and you will be blacklisted in webstore. Please also take note that no deposit refunds will be given.
SHIPMENT OF ORDER
Buyers may pick up their order at our main store in Paranaque City or opt for shipping. You can book a pick-up for same day shipping via GrabExpress and Lalamove if you're in Manila. We can also ship nationwide with your preferred courier in our list of shipping providers. The ETA for Metro Manila is usually 1-3 days, while the ETA for provinces is 3-7 days after the courier picked up the parcel from our office.
An additional shipping fee may be charged by our couriers for bulky items. Take note that actual weight vs. volumetric weight would be chargeable weight, whichever is higher.
We will send a shipment notice to your email once your order has been shipped, you can also view the tracking number on your CD account. We will not be liable for any delay, non-delivery, damaged items or lost items once the parcel is already with the courier.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Once the order has been processed, CD will not allow any alternation or cancellation. Unconfirmed orders will also be cancelled (orders with no confirmation reply via email).
In case the item purchased is unavailable, you may choose to either have the payment refunded, or exchange it to another item available or store credits that you can use for future purchases.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
